Nothing is shipped

Flovura is an online software service. We don't sell or ship any physical products, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

How your purchase is delivered

Subscription plans and credit packs are delivered to your Flovura account online. As soon as your payment is confirmed, the plan and its credits (or the credit pack's credits) are added to your account — usually within a few seconds, and in rare cases within a few minutes while the payment confirmation arrives from our payment provider.

You can see your current plan and credit balance in the app at any time. Clips you create are delivered in the app too: you can view and download them from your dashboard once they're ready.

Didn't receive your plan or credits?

If your payment went through but your plan or credits haven't appeared within 30 minutes, email us at flovuraaiapp@gmail.com with the email address of your Flovura account and your payment details, and we'll sort it out.
